Warming up the sachet in the oven: Preheat the oven to 75 degrees. Before heating, remove the bag of oats from the outer shell and place on a clean grid. Slide the rack into the oven on the middle shelf. Leave in the oven for a maximum of 15 minutes. Remove the oatmeal from the oven and check the temperature of the oatmeal before placing it back in the outer casing. The temperature must not exceed hand warmth. Hold the oat bag in your hand for this check. If the pillow gets too hot, let it cool down before use. Adult supervision is recommended when used by children. Special instructions for safe use of the heating pad: Never use the oat bag for the child without the outer cover. The oat pouch should be replaced when discoloration and burns appear. This can be caused by incorrect handling (overheating or overdrying). Only insert the oat bags in the clean and dry outer shell. Store the oat bags in a dry and cool place to avoid germ formation. The heat pad must not be used on premature babies and children under the age of 1 month. The oat bag is intended for heating in the oven. When using the microwave (example: 600 watts for approx. 90 seconds), wait approx. 5 minutes after the 1st hand heat test and carry out a second hand heat test before putting it into the textile cover, since a rise in temperature is to be expected. Therefore we recommend reheating in the oven and not in the microwave. Do not heat with the grill function. Remove oat bags before washing.
