Depending on the room temperature, different sleeping bags and sleeping clothes are recommended. The room temperature in connection with the TOG value help with the selection. TOG is a unit of measure for the thermal resistance of textiles and provides information on how warm the sleepwear keeps the baby. The higher the TOG value, the warmer the sleeping bag. The swaddle has a TOG value of 0.7.
