Consultation and Appointments

For in-depth consultations, we'd appreciate prior booking of a time slot. This way, we can shorten your waiting time and ensure that we have enough employees available. During your stay with us, you are welcome to park your car in our free parking lot.
Our child seat consultation includes a compatibility check to see which seat is the best fit for both your child and car, as well as the professional installation of potential seats. In addition, we will of course show you how to set up and dismantle the prams and buggies and test whether they fit in the trunk of your car.


Our parking lot:

Access is via the street Alte Torgasse / Westernmauer!
Please enter "Alte Torgasse" in your navigation device and not "Westernstraße".
Once you have turned into "Alte Torgasse" (don't be put off by the current construction site signs!), turn right after about 15m into the "Westernmauer" pedestrian zone. This is allowed as long as you want to park in our parking lot.

For more than 80 years, our specialist shop has been offering professional advice and service on site in our shop in Paderborn. We've also been online since 1998.
Ongoing improvement and training are our top priority. Our team is always looking for new, innovative and up-to-date products. If you have any questions about your purchase or products that you're interested in, our trained and experienced team will be happy to help you. Almost all of our colleagues have children of their own and can give you practical tips when buying a stroller, child car seat, etc. from their own experience.

Besides our shop, we also offer you advice by phone, email and chat.


Service even after your purchase!

Should there ever be a problem with an item, no problem! We know what it's like to be dependent on a stroller or child car seat. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you as soon as possible.

Since it is often difficult to explain the defect or required spare part on the phone, please also send us an email with pictures that can help us understand the situation.
Once the problem has been established, we will immediately send the required spare part, carry out an exchange or even request the repair from the manufacturer itself.
We have loan items available for most items, which we make available to you free of charge and only charge the postage costs if necessary.
